Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships are work-based programmes designed by employers that are linked directly to job roles.

They give young people the chance to receive structured, high quality training in the workplace and the opportunity to work towards a nationally recognised qualification.

They are also a great way for businesses to develop a highly skilled workforce and boost productivity. 88% of employers who employ an apprentice believe that Apprenticeships lead to a more motivated and satisfied workforce.

Whether you are looking for an Apprenticeship, or are interested in taking on an apprentice, contact us at  inbusiness@buckscc.gov.uk or phone us on 01296 383470.
