Advice and help

Our staff are trained to give information and advice to help you choose the right course. You can telephone our helpline on 0845 045 4040 or send us an email.

There is a lot of help available on this site telling you the level of a course, whether it is suitable for beginners, the times, venues and costs etc. The pages on foreign languages and on computer courses offer a lot of additional information to help you to choose the right course.

Once you have selected your course you can download the Course Information Sheet which tells you the aims of the course and who it is for as well as outlining the learning you will do in class, materials you will need etc. If you need further advice we can refer you to either a curriculum specialist or the tutor concerned to discuss the suitability of the course to meet your needs.

We can also tell you about concessions available, the time and locations of creches and the location of the venue.
